About Century Grand

We celebrate with meticulously crafted cocktails, rare spirits, unique wines, and innovative locally-sourced food in an approachable, bar-centric dining environment.

The dining experience is like nothing else in the valley, with two-thirds of our food being served dim-sum style and the other third of the selection available on a traditional menu. Carts glide through the dining area offering culinary creations for immediate guest gratification. The menu’s foundation is built upon local farmers, purveyors and artisans, while at the same time leveraging food culture elements of the Roaring Twenties with modern interpretation easily shared with friends.

In addition to our extensive cocktail menu, we emphasize fresh, local ingredients in our dining program.  Therefore, our food, wine, and beer menu changes regularly.

Reservation Policy

Note this is NOT the Platform 18 Immersive Cocktails experience.

Dim Sum service is offered during the first hour of each dining seating.

Century Grand offers a full dining experience.

All seatings are limited to 90 minutes.

If you can’t get a reservation,
please refer to our walk-in policy

No infants or children allowed.

No same-day reservations once open for business.

Late reservations are given a 10-minute grace period.

Late Arrivals

All late reservations are given a ten minute grace period.

We will do our best to accommodate late parties upon arrival.
Late arrivals may be placed on the waitlist in person only.

**Late arrivals are not guaranteed a full 120 minute stay.**

We seat the tables, bar, and patio on a space available basis. 

If no seats are available, you may be placed on the wait list for your desired location.
Wait times are given only in person at the door during service.

Wait times are estimates, and 90 minute seatings are not guaranteed.
