About Century Grand

We celebrate with meticulously crafted cocktails, rare spirits, unique wines, and innovative locally-sourced food in an approachable, bar-centric dining environment.

The dining experience is like nothing else in the valley, with two-thirds of our food being served dim-sum style and the other third of the selection available on a traditional menu. Carts glide through the dining area offering culinary creations for immediate guest gratification. The menu’s foundation is built upon local farmers, purveyors and artisans, while at the same time leveraging food culture elements of the Roaring Twenties with modern interpretation easily shared with friends.

Our Menu

In addition to our extensive cocktail menu, we emphasize fresh, local ingredients in our dining program.  Therefore, our food, wine, and beer menu changes regularly.

Reservation Policy

Please note this is NOT the Platform 18 Immersive Cocktails experience. For those reservations, please go to the Platform 18 page.

Dim Sum service is offered during the first hour of each dining seating.

Century Grand offers a full dining experience.

All seatings are limited to 90 minutes.

Large Parties of 7+ require 15 days advanced notice & contract with deposit. Please click here to inquire.

Parties booked under multiple reservations are not guaranteed seating together.

Last reservable seatings are approximately 9 PM every evening. If you are unable to secure a reservation, please refer to our walk-in policy listed below.

No infants or children allowed.

Reservations are not available for the same day once open for service.

All late reservations are given a ten minute grace period.

Reservation modifications can be made via the confirmation email sent by Tock.

To Our Guests,

At Century Grand & UnderTow, the safety, health, and wellness of our guests and our employees are always our number one priority. Therefore, we have made the very difficult decision to temporarily close both our businesses beginning today, March 17th, and remain closed until further notice.


Although Arizona still ranks low with areas of a heightened risk of the transmission of COVID-19 per the Arizona Department of Health Services, as of this morning, the AZDHS recommended that all restaurants and bars discourage dine-in traffic. This decision was made to do our part to prevent community spread of the COVID-19 pandemic.


We appreciate your patience, understanding and continued support of our businesses. We will continue monitoring the information provided to us by WHO, the CDC, and AZDHS, and plan to re-open as soon as it is safe to do so. 


Our team members are vital to our success and we are working on what we can do to support them, such as allocating resources, providing access to our wholesale vendors for large quantity grocery purchases, and continuing to pay for their health benefits if they choose to stay employed by us. 


As one of our business brand pillars, we are committed to bring people together and experience world-class hospitality.  We look forward to the other side of this difficult situation when we can all invite you back into our home.
